A rather noisy meeting but the pub was packed
Our second Friends meeting got off to a noisy start. We all gathered at The Waiting Room in Morningside. Unfortunately it was a bit of a battle against the loudspeakers and football, and a megaphone would have been handy. However, it was great to see such a great turnout again and the meeting managed to cover a lot of ground and was full of energy and ideas. Thanks so much for coming, everyone, and for your enthusiasm, input and really helpful suggestions. Here’s a photo of the night – and this doesn’t even include all the people gathered on the right of this photo (who probably couldn’t hear a thing).
We promise to find a quieter venue next time.
